NOTICE:

In 2003, the official website of the Council on Diplomacy and International Affairs was suspended when its Executive Director, Vince Sinning, assumed full time posting as Senior Advisor to some of the Permanent Missions to the United Nations. The Council however, continued its programs by placing and mentoring select individuals as interns and trainees at various Missions to the United Nations.

In 2006, Pr. Sinning co-established Euclid University, an intergovernmental educational framework for sustainable development. He also co-founded the Diplomatic Monitor, as an online resource for Foreign Ministries.

The Council is still registered as a nonprofit organization in the District of Columbia. It's full programs however are now integrated with EUCLID and the International Organization for Sustainable Development (IOSD)
