PR. VINCE SINNING
Pr. Vince Sinning is a fellow at Columbia University School of Law under the mentorship of
Prof. Michael W. Doyle (former Senior Advisor to U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan).
As a Columbia-UNITAR Fellow, his research was focused on the intricacies of multilateral
diplomacy among small states. He served
as adviser on U.N. affairs to the former President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Honorable Kessai H. Note. He was also
posted as Counselor for Economic and Political Affairs at the Permanent Mission of the Republic
of the Marshall Islands (RMI) to the United Nations. Prior to his diplomatic posting at RMI, he
served as Senior Advisor to the Republic of Nauru when it became a member at the United Nation with H.E. Vinci Neil Clodumar.
Since 1996, Pr. Sinning served as adviser to various member States at the U.N. At the end of his assignment as Counselor of the
Republic of the Marshall Islands in March of 2006, he continue to serve as an independent Senior Foreign Policy Advisor to various Foreign
Ministers, and as a
speechwriter to select heads of states and governments. In May 2006, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary-General of the
International Organization for Sustainable Development, and as Principal of Euclid University
Consortium (now known as Eurion University Consortium affiliated with Euclid University). In 2007, he
co-established Euclid University, an intergovernmental educational framework for Sustainable
Development.
Pr. Sinning is an educator (secondary to post-graduate levels) since 1988. He is currently working on his book "Pervasive Diplomacy" with Pr. Cleenewerck.
MR. CHAD D'AMORE
Mr. Chad D'Amore, a fellow at Euclid University,
is currently pursuing his Master's in Diplomacy and International Affairs under the mentorship
of Pr. Vince Sinning. He is currently taking foreign language studies in Arabic and French.
Mr. D'Amore took his baccalaureate degree at
American University (Washington, DC) where he
specialized on Foreign Policy with regional interest in the Middle East. He also attended
the American University of Sharjah (United Arab Emirates) immersing himself with the Arab culture and language, and spent few months in Austria increasing his proficiency in German. A freelance photographer, he traveled to
China as an intern to Bill Bachman to collect images as photo stock that were published in Bachman Tour Overdrive: Exploring our Planet.
Mr. D'Amore received two honorable mentions for his analysis of the principles of international law involved in the
South Atlantic War of 1982 and
Kosovo's declaration of independence.
Mr. D'Amore also works at Things To Do DC, a social networking organization for
young professionals in Washington, DC.
In the past, he researched,
organized, and produced events in Washington DC including formal galas at over 30 embassies with up to 700 attendees.
MR. BRIAN WYLER
Mr. Brian Wyler earned his bachelor's degree in English from St. Mary's College of Maryland,
where he focused on composition and classical and modern rehtorical theory. Out of his
profound sympathy for readers, Brian has embarked on a personal quest to usher in a world that is
safe from aloof, innacurate, and inconsiderate writers. He began by teaching high school
English, but now serves as an editor for the National Foreign Language Center,
where he has developed style guides and drafted protocol to govern the center's
editorial standards.
MS. CRYSTAL PIHL
Ms. Crystal Pihl is a senior student at Pittsburg State University (PSU), Kansas with double majors in International
Studies and Spanish; double minors in International Business and Political Science. She studied at Helsinki School of Economics (Finland; 2007) and participated
in the Students in Free-Enterprise projects in Kazakhstan (2005-2006). At PSU, she volunteered to speak with and tutor students from Korea and Paraguay.
Ms. Pihl is currently posted as Adviser to the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Sierra Leone to the United
Nations in New York, covering the Third Committee.
